Research in innovation, aesthetics, culture and communication. Former Head of Department of Fashion and Textiles at the Royal Danish Academy, Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation.

Current research projects: 

HumanImpact: HumanImpact is the first systematic Danish attempt to give Danish businesses access to specialised research based knowledge from the humanities about users and customers. The project tuns until 2020 and is funded by the Foundation for Danish Industries with 8 mio dkk. Project Partners: Danish Confederation of Enterprise, Danish Confederation of Industries and Symbion. 

MOIP - Management and Organization of Innovation Partnerships: Innovation projects are increasingly carried out in partnerships between universities, companies and other actors. The good partnership combines knowledge creation, purposeful innovation and market creation. In addition, the participants develop their network and competences. The project investigates leadership and organization of innovation partnerships as well as their impact. Project partners: Signe Vikkelsø, professor Copenhagen Business School, Sen Chai, assistant professor ESSEC Business School, Willy Shih, professor Harvard Business School.
