UCPH LOM is pleased to once again welcoming researchers at UCPH and external colleagues and collaborators, who work within lifestyle, obesity and metabolic research, to our annual conference.

The conference will showcase excellent and interdisciplinary science, and facilitate interaction between disciplines and approaches in the area of lifestyle, obesity and metabolic research.

Keynote speakers are:

  • Dr. Rebecca O'Connell on Families and Food Poverty in Austerity Europe: A Sociological Study
  • Dr. Jean-Philippe Chaput on Interactions between movement, sleep and other non-movement behaviours in the pathogenesis of obesity.

Young researchers from HUM, HEALTH, LAW, SOC, SCI and THEO and external collaborators are encouraged to submit an abstract. Based on the incoming abstracts, presentations are selected for the Young Investigator session 20 June and for the parallel sessions 21 June.
