Documents to be signed
Documents such as learning agreements, confirmation of arrival and so on can be signed digitally by email.
Attach your document in an email to visitingstudents@hum.ku.dk for us to sign.
Learning agreements in paper: Please make sure to fill in the learning agreement before sending it to be signed. Please note that we can only sign your learning agreement when you are enrolled in your courses corresponding to the courses in your learning agreement. In order to fill in your learning agreement, you can input the information below as the responsible person at the Faculty of Humanities:

Confirmation/certificate of arrival: Please make sure to fill in the document before sending it to be signed. Please note that UCPH does not provide students with an official certificate upon arrival. Should your university need official documentation of your arrival, and does not issue their own official document for you to get signed, you will need to create and fill in your own document, before an international officer at UCPH will sign it. UCPH will only sign a confirmation of arrival if you either meet up in person at our Front Office, or attach your boarding pass to the email with your document.
Certificate of departure: Please make sure to fill in the document before sending it to be signed. Please note that UCPH does not provide students with an official certificate of departure. Should your university need official documentation of your departure, and does not issue their own official document for you to get signed, you will need to create and fill in your own document, before an international officer at UCPH will sign it. UCPH will only sign a confirmation of departure if you either meet up in person at our Front Office, attach your boarding pass to the email with your document, or if you have received your passed exam results.

You may need a certified document (with a stamp and a signature) when you apply for student housing, scholarships, student jobs or studying abroad.
You can order the following documents yourself and have them sent to your KU-mail within 24 hours:
Transcript of exam results
Confirmation of enrolment, which documents that you are a student at UCPH/your programme, and when you expect to complete the programme.
Documents without stamp and signature
You can always download an uncertified transcript of your grades or a confirmation that you’re a student on Self-Service.
